A portable tower apparatus, convertible between a loweredtransport configuration and a raised observationconfiguration, useful for observing wildlife and hunting,comprising an elongate main member that functions as themain structural element of a trailer assembly when theapparatus in deployed in the lowered transportconfiguration, and the main structural element of a free-standing tower, when the apparatus is deployed in theraised observation configuration. The apparatus is deployedin the raised tower configuration by tipping the mainmember up, so that the base members, attached to one endthereof, rest on the ground, attaching the platform to theother end of the main member, and attaching the brace,which is also a ladder, to the platform.
