A device for supplying the consumer electrical service to ahouse that has only the foundation completed. Part of thedevice is mounted to the outside wall of the foundation andis used to mount the meter socket at the required level fromgrade. The second part of the device is a weatherproofcover for the panel in the basement. The cover can beinstalled and removed without having to affect theelectrical service to the house. Power is then supplied tothe contractors from an outlet at the bottom of the box.Once the house has been built, the devices can be removedand the consumer service is complete.
