The patent also shoes that similar methods canbe usedfor example for a much better stereoscopic telescope with or without a varyingzoom factor. In addition, the patent shows various ways to generateefficiently a 3Dknowledge of the surrounding space, which can be used also for example inrobotsfor various purposes, and also describes a few possible improvements in 3dviewing.
