METHOD OF SURFACE TREATMENT TO ENHANCE THE ADHESION OF POLYOLEFIN RESIN

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for improving the adhesion of a non-polar polyolefin resin, which broadens the range of resins for use in footwear and improves the physical properties of a coating on a molded thermoplastic polyolefin product. CONSTITUTION: The method for adhering and coating the polyolefin resin by bonding an adherent to the surface of polyolefin is characterized by comprising the steps of: dipping the polyolefin resin sample into an organic solution of an isocyanuric acid compound and irradiating with UV; washing the sample with water and drying; washing the adherent with a solvent and treating with a preprocessing agent or polishing the surface; and applying a curing agent and drying at 80 deg.C in an oven.
