PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile method of cell culture meeting diversified culture conditions required for cells.;SOLUTION: The method of cell culture with high cellular versatility is provided through managing itself to carry out based on the techniques of using deep sea water as an alternative to distilled water used in preparing a cell culture solution and of using deep sea water as an alternative nutrient to additive nutrients for the cell culture solution.
