PEPTIDES DERIVED FROM THE RABIES VIRUS GLYCOPROTEIN G, LIGANDS OF THE LOW-AFFINITY RECEPTOR OF NEUROTROPHINS (P75LESS THANSPGREATER THANNTRLESS THAN/SPGREATER THAN) AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
The invention relates to peptides derived from the rabies virus protein G, ligands of the low-affinity receptor of neurotrophins (p75NTR) and the applications thereof as a vector for the targeted transport of molecules of interest in cells expressing said receptor, used in the treatment of genetic or acquired diseases involving a dysfunction of said cells, particularly neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer's disease. Said peptides include at least one fragment comprising amino acid residues 318 to 352 of the mature glycoprotein G of rabies virus.
