Device and method for measuring the quality of electrical signals in a three-phase network

The invention relates to a device which is used to measure the quality of electrical signals in a three-phase network. The inventive device comprises (Fig. 1) six transducers, i.e. three voltage transducers (SV) and three intensity transducers (SI), a personal computer (PC)-adapted data-acquisition card (ADA) and a computer program which is installed on the PC. Said device is connected to the three-phase electrical network for the continuous measurement of the quality of the three-phase signals which are indiscriminately associated with the three voltage signals or the three intensity signals and the quality of the three-phase signals which are associated with the voltage and intensity signals. In this way, the device can be used to display on the screen of the PC the instantaneous value measurements of the three-phase voltage and intensity signals, the network frequency, according to the changes therein and with a precision of 0.01 %, and the harmonics. Finally, the device provides the service quality factor (FC) measurement.
