A computer device operation method using a computer device concerning a seimei-handan parameter capable of accurately performing a variety of seimei-handan by using the stroke counts of a family name and a given name and the Oriental Zodiac of the birth year. The operation method of the computer device concerning the seimei-handan parameter including stroke count calculation means and basic number calculation means, storage means for storing an Oriental Zodiac arrangement table, control means for arranging/storing a seimei-handan parameter on the Oriental Zodiac arrangement table, and output means for outputting the seimei-handan parameter. The method includes a step of calculating a stroke count of each Chinese character according to the family name and given name information input from the input means, a basic number conversion step of conversion into a basic number consisting of integers 1 to 9 to obtain a seimei-handan parameter, an Oriental Zodiac arrangement selection step for selecting the Oriental Zodiac arrangement table corresponding to the birthday and birth year input, a step of arranging/storing the seimei-handan parameter on the Oriental Zodiac arrangement table, and a step of outputting the seimei-handan parameter.
