The watch has a spring bracelet made of an elastic metallic belt/strap possessing two stable states, and a soft LCD display (16). Two command buttons (26) are kept on a printed soft circuit that is fixed on one extremity (28) of the blade. The watch is swinged into an interior of a protective cover (50) equipped with a transparent window that is placed with respect to the LCD display.
