The present invention provides a method for coding and applying the spread spectrum multiple access codes with intergroup zero correlation windows, by generating the pair of the basic orthogonal complemental code groups; spreading the said pair of the orthogonal complemental code groups and generating the orthogonal complemental code groups kernel with intergroup zero correlation windows; spreading the said orthogonal complemental code groups kernel with the intergroup zero correlation windows; inserting zero protection interval or slot in the spread spectrum access codes spreaded with the intergroup zero correlation windows, then forming the orthogonal complemental code groups with the intergroup zero correlation windows, whose width is larger than the width of the intergroup zero correlation windows of the original orthogonal complemental code groups. It causes the intergroup correlation property with 'zero correlation windows' of the formed spread spectrum multiple access codes, then the side lobes of the cross-correlation function don't exist in the zero correlation windows between the access code groups, so the multiple access interference between groups is eliminated, and though the multiple access interference exists between the access codes in the same group, the optimal reception is attained by utilizing the united testing technique.
