THE USE OF THE INHIBITOR TRANSMITTER OF Ϝ-AMINOBUTYRIC ACID (GABA) IN THE MANUFACTURE OF ANALGESIC

The use of the inhibitor transmitter of Ϝ-Aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the manufacture of analgesic. The inhibitor includes all of the compounds having the effect of inhibition in GABA's transmitter and the analgesic effect, such as piperidine-3-carboxylic acid, guvacine, homo-β-proline, 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroisoxazolo-[4,5-C]-pyridin-3-ol(THPO), 4,5,6,7-tetrahydro-4H-isoxazolo-[4,5-C]azepin-3-ol(THAO) and derivatives thereof. The results of experiment indicate that the compounds having the effect of inhibition GABA's transmitter have analgesic effect, and have no toleration and habituation. Accordingly, these compounds have the clinic value in analgesic, and are useful for the manufacture of analgesic.
