A method of generating internal propulsion in a closed system, utilizing an angular acceleration force of a non-inertial force, is provided for movement of a closed system. Internal propulsion is generated by locating at least two masses (M1, M2) spaced apart in opposite directions a certain distance (r) from the mass center of masses (MCM). An angular acceleration force is generated on the center of the second mass (M2) by applying torque (-Tα) to the rotating center of mass (RCM) of the first mass (M1) to the rotation direction while the masses are rotating at a constant velocity. Then, the second mass is momentarily stopped by the angular acceleration force, causing the second mass (M2) to become the instant center of mass (ICM).
