A syringe (10) for containing medical liquid, comprises a barrel (12) having internal space (24) that contains medical liquid, a taper portion (14) that is formed at the tip of the barrel (12) and to which a connector is installed, a circumferential groove (14a) formed on the base end side of the taper portion (14), and a lure lock adapter (16). The lure lock adapter (16) is engaged with the circumferential groove (14a), at the internal periphery of a center hole (16c) of a flange portion (16a). No cut-out from the center hole (16c) is formed in the flange portion (16a). The flange portion (16a) has means capable of expanding or deforming the center hole (14c).
