METHOD AND DEVICE FOR LAYING AN ARRANGEMENT FOR HOUSING AT LEAST ONE OPTICAL CABLE IN A PATH- OR ROAD-LIKE LAYING FOUNDATION AND LAYING ARRANGEMENT WITH SUCH AN ARRANGEMENT

An arrangement (8, 16) for housing at least one optical cable (34) is laid in a path- or road-like laying foundation formed by a cover layer (11) and a base layer (1) arranged below the same. The arrangement (8), in one application form, is applied on the surface of the base layer (1) with alternating laying direction along the longitudinal direction of laying and then the cover layer (11) is applied such that the arrangement is embedded in the cover layer. In a further application form the arrangement (16) is applied to a surface of the base layer (1) using a tensile force (25) in the direction of laying and then the cover layer (11) applied. By means of the above invention, the advantage, whereby the arrangement (8, 16) does not lift from the ground despite expansion during application of the hot cover layer, is achieved. It can thus be guaranteed that the device is not damaged during subsequent road laying procedures as a result of irregular laying depths.
