The invention relates to prosthesis saw guide for cutting a bone, such as intended for the reconstruction of a mandible, provided with at least two, and preferably at least three adjoining and pivotingly coupled segments having a first position wherein the segments form an approximation of a symphysis and at least one of the corpus parts of the man­dible connecting at opposite sides of the symphysis, and a second position wherein the segments are placed substantially in each other's extended direction concurrent with the orien­tation of the bone.
