The invention relates to medicine, in particular to oncology and can be used for curing oncological diseases by exposing a malignant tumor area to laser irradiation. The inventive method and device for curing malignant tumors make it possible to carry out interstitial, distant and intracavitary (endoscopic) heating and irradiation of an affected area, increase the concentration and selectivity of a photosensitiser accumulation in the area of a malignant tumor and destroy said tumor in a deeper and more voluminous manner. Said method and device also make it possible to modify the sequence of sessions of photodynamic and laser-induced therapy, modify the law of modulation of laser radiation, thereby extending the range of photosensitisers used for curing. Globally, the above-mentioned substantially increases the efficiency of the cure of malignant tumors and reduces curing time.
