PROCEDURE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING WORKS BY USING PREFABRICATED WALL-ELEMENTS AND PREFABRICATED BASIC AND OTHER WALL-ELEMENTS

The characteristic of the invention, is that the planning of the building, the manufacturing and execution of required wall elements (11, 12. ...1n) is carried out in a closed order procedure using standardized type wall elements (11, 12, ...1n) of required type and dimensions providing the total wall structure, then knowing these the material requirements of the wall structure are collected by planning software, then the selected type number and number of wall elements (11, 12, ...1n) are manufactured with appropriate computer controlled equipment in accordance with the construction order and with the application of the selected material, then these are dressed with engineering accuracy and indicated with evident marks. Concrete foundation is developed, the upper surface of which is a prescribed accuracy flat plane, over which - in accordance with the prepared plan diagrams - the starting row of the building is laid, then lintlets are installed so that the adjacent and connected surfaces are sealed, thus the building is prepared in structure finished state.
