摘要
The invention relates to an arrangement and a method for problem-free recognition and representation of microscopic pathological structures adjacent to blood vessels in human or animal bodies, especially in lymphatic tissue and arteriosclerotic deposits in the blood vessels. According to the invention, a nuclear resonance tomography device is used for extracting data for a local resolution image representation of the magnetic resonance behaviour of atomic nuclei in a selected observation area in the body. The device is configured and programmed in such a manner that the body can be exposed by said device to high frequency and magnetic field gradient echo pulse sequences, producing magnetisation in the body such that the magnetisation from a medium in the body flowing in at least one spatial direction can be reduced by dephasing of the spin of atomic nuclei in the medium. An RM-contrast agent is fed to the body.
