The present invention relates to a method of analyzing trivalent chromium and hexavalent chromium, and more particularly, to a method of simultaneously analyzing the trivalent chromium and the hexavalent chromium in precise, real-time, and cost-effective manners, based on the techniques of flow injection analysis and chemical luminescence detection. In this analysis method, in a first step S1, a mixed sample of the trivalent chromium and the hexavalent chromium and distilled water as well as a chemical luminescence reagent and an oxidant are input in a mixed manner. In a second step S2, the mixture solution of the mixed sample and the distilled water as well as the mixture solution of the chemical luminescence reagent and the oxidant are transferred. In a third step S3, the mixture solutions are input in a mixed manner while reacting the chemical luminescence reagent with the trivalent chromium to emit light. In a fourth step S4, the generated light is detected to assay the trivalent chromium. In a fifth step S5, the reacted sample and reagent are discharged. In sixth to eighth steps S6 to S8, a reductant is input instead of the distilled water with the first inputting step S1, and the second transferring step S2, the third light emission step S3, the fourth detection step S4, and the fifth discharge step S5 are repeated. The quantities of the trivalent chromium assayed in the detection steps are compared with each other to assay the hexavalent chromium.
