The present invention relates to a method for identifying personal data using bar codes, and more particularly, to a method for taking the bar codes as the form of data storage, in place of storing forms with plain text or expensive storage apparatus, which appends the bar codes to the personal business card, gymnastic card, ID card, entrance guard card etc. The users can obtain plain text represented by bar codes only used by a reader and then manage them. Since the cost of producing bar codes is low and the technique of encoding and decoding come to maturity, the issuer can conveniently use, control and manage the data only by constituting simple regulations.
