摘要

The present invention relates to CaPIF1, pathogen-inducible pepper transcription factor, having plant specific TFIII A-type C2H2 zinc finger domain motif isolated from pepper cDNA library. More particularly, the present invention relates to a DNA encoding plant stress resistant inducible transcription factor having C2H2 zinc finger motif or a DNA capable of hybridizing said DNA, a plant stress resistant inducible transcription factor protein encoded said DNA, an expression vector for plant transformation capable of providing plants with stress resistance because of said DNA contained, plant cells transformed with said expression vector, stress resistant plants or seeds transformed with said expression vector and the method for preparing of stress resistant plants, in which said DNAs are introduced into plants. According to the present invention, useful plants, which have resistance to various biotic or abiotic stresses, can be bred by simple and systematic method.
