The association and dissociation constants between multiple kinds of ionic polymers are estimated. Differences in relative association strength between an immobilized ionic polymer and an adsorbed ionic polymer is quantized using an ionic polymer identifying chip on which four or more kinds of ionic polymers are immobilized. The association and dissociation constants between three or more kinds of immobilized ionic polymers and an adsorbed ionic polymer are measured using a surface plasmon measuring apparatus, for example. Because there is a correlation between the relative association strength measured by the chip and the association and dissociation constants measured by the measuring apparatus, a standard curve can be prepared. Using this standard curve, rough association and dissociation constants can be estimated based on the relative association strength measured by the ionic polymer chip.
