The present invention can be used for the intensity distribution of forming transmission by laser, light emitting diode or optical fiber, or in limited distance from source (703) or in far field. Present invention is particularly beneficial in shape and improve the light beam issued from high power excimer laser device, semiconductor laser, resonant cavity light emitting diodes or laser array or light emitting diode (702,705).
