PURPOSE: Provided is a luminous polymer capable of changing from Blue Light-Emitting region to Red Light-Emitting region of fluorene homopolymer by incorporating a variety of comonomers with a low band gap to a fluorene conjugated polymer which exhibits high photoluminescence and electroluminescence. CONSTITUTION: The luminous polymer is represented by formula 1(wherein, R1 and R2 are silyl, alkyl or alkoxy groups, R3 and R4 are alkyl groups). Preferably, R1, R2, R3, and R4 include C1-C22 linear or branched alkyl groups. Also, n and m are not to be limited but preferably n/m is 17.5/82.5 - 1.4/98.6 to exhibit good effect. Also, the electric luminous diode comprises the luminous polymer as a luminous layer.
