PURPOSE: A reciprocating pump without a suction valve and a discharge valve and a heat exchanger with the same are provided to simplify a structure thereof, to be miniaturized, and to improve durability and reliability thereof. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating pump(100) includes a pump cylinder(110) having fixed capacity to store fluid therein, and having suction and discharge ports(112,114) formed on both ends thereof; and a piston(120) insert4d to the pump cylinder in such a manner that the piston reciprocates in the pump cylinder. One ends of connecting channel tubes(130,132) are connected with the suction and discharge ports. Connecting end parts(131,133) are formed on the other ends of the connecting channel tubes to be connected with a channel tube of a heat exchanger. A seal ring(124) is inserted to a seal ring insertion groove(122) formed on the piston. Fluid is discharged through the suction and discharge port formed on one end of the pump cylinder and introduced through the suction and discharge port formed on the other end of the pump cylinder formed on the other end of the pump cylinder when the piston is placed on the one end of the pump cylinder, and vice versa, so that fluid reciprocates centering on the reciprocating pump.
