PURPOSE: A security method for an important constant value used for the certification/access control of a computing device and a method for controlling the certification/access using the same are provided to block the access of a unauthorized person by hiding a physical storing position of the important constant value used for the certification/access control of the device needing the security. CONSTITUTION: If a device setting program is executed, the setting program makes a user input a password(S212). The user inputs the password by using a keypad(S213). The setting program produces a Hash value by executing the hashing for the inputted password(S214). A continuous memory space larger than the Hash value is secured(S215). A size of a dummy memory subtracting the size of the Hash value from the secured memory size is found out(S216). A probability dummy memory value(PrDumHash) is randomly produced(S218). The first dummy constant value, which is a random number of the probability dummy memory value, is generated(S218). The first dummy constant value is stored in the memory space from zero to PrDumHash(S219). The Hash value is stored in the memory space from PrDumHash+1(S220).
