DNA PROBES DERIVED FROM 23S RRNA GENE FOR DETECTION OF INFECTIOUS BACTERIA

PURPOSE: DNA probes derived from 23S rRNA gene for detection of infectious bacteria are provided, thereby accurately diagnosing the infectious bacteria. CONSTITUTION: Total nucleotide sequences of 23S rRNA and ITS(internal transcribed spacer region) of each infectious bacterium are represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 to SEQ ID NO: 27. The isolated nucleic acid molecules selected from the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 28 to SEQ ID NO: 30, and derived from 23S rRNA of Acinetobacter baumanii are provided. DNA probes for detection of Acinetobacter baumanii comprise the nucleic acid molecules of SEQ ID NO: 28 to SEQ ID NO: 30. Isolated nucleic acid molecules selected from the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO: 31 to SEQ ID NO: 37, and derived from 23S rRNA of Anaerobiospirillum succiniciproducens are provided. DNA probes for detection of Anaerobiospirillum succiniciproducens comprise the nucleic acid molecules of SEQ ID NO: 31 to SEQ ID NO: 37.
