CONSTITUTION: The moving image VOD is made by inserting the sound such as the voice and the music into the word-processor or a current presentation and is displayed on the web through the Internet in any time. An automatic time control function changing the text according to a set time is given to the text, and the image is captured as the moving image. The moving image is realized as the multimedia seeing the moving image VOD on the web by passing a computer editing process.
