PURPOSE: A blood sugar measuring device using a mobile communication terminal and a method for transmitting measured value to a server on the Internet are provided to automatically transmit measured results on blood sugar of the mobile communication terminal to a blood sugar managing server on the Internet, thereby enabling a doctor to observe the measured results in real time. CONSTITUTION: A strip connector(270) inserts a strip stained with blood thereto for blood sugar measurement. A sensor(260) measures a residual amount of blood existing on the strip. A temperature measurer(280) measures temperature at blood sugar measurement. A signal converter(250) converts the residual amount received from the sensor(260) into a blood sugar level in reference to the measured temperature. A wireless unit(210) wirelessly communicates with a mobile communication base station, and transmits the measured blood sugar level to a blood sugar managing server on the Internet. A display(220) displays the measured blood sugar level. An input unit(240) is used for user interface. A CPU(230) transmits the received blood sugar level to the display(220) and the wireless unit(210).
