PURPOSE: A system and a method for collecting and evaluating an article using the Internet are provided to offer an evaluation result for each article in real-time by collecting the article information, selecting the evaluation object from the collected article, and opening it to a web site. CONSTITUTION: An article searching/collecting module(110) extracts the article information from an expression organization server by a request from an article collector client system and stores it. An article information database(120) stores the searched/collected article information. An evaluation object selecting module(130) fixes the evaluation object article from the collected article based on the input from an evaluation object selector client system. An evaluation module(140) displays the evaluation object article information, produces the evaluation result for each article information based on the evaluation input from an evaluator client system, and displays it. An evaluation result database(150) stores the evaluation result.
