Heat stable heater using PTC ceramic component

摘要

PURPOSE: A heater is provided to allow the PTC ceramic components to be assembled without using an adhesive, while preventing damages of the heater. CONSTITUTION: A heater(100) comprises assembly guides(10,10'); impact buffering members(20,20') assembled to the assembly guides, respectively; electrode plates(30,40) arranged in the impact buffering members, respectively; a plurality of PTC ceramic components(50) interposed between the electrode plates; and an insulating bolt(60) for coupling the assembly guides, electrode plates and the PTC ceramic components. The electrode plates are formed of metal plates having a high thermal conductivity, and have coupling holes(32,42) for coupling of the PTC ceramic components. The electrode plates has side surfaces on which terminals(33,43) for coupling with the electrode terminals are arranged.
