PURPOSE: A device for preventing the seizure of a patrol vehicle is provided to prevent a criminal from injuring a passenger by blocking a moving space from a rear seat to a front seat. CONSTITUTION: A concave fixing unit(2) is installed at the top of a lower fixing unit(1). Fixing plates(5) are installed at both ends of the concave fixing unit and the end of the lower fixing unit, and have female screw holes(4). The fixing plates are fixed to the inner wall and bottom of a vehicle by a plurality of fixing members(3).
