PURPOSE: A method for preparing antibody monolayers with controlled molecular orientation is provided, thereby easily preparing antibody monolayers and maintaining maximum antibody activity, so that antigen-antibody reaction can be maximized. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing antibody monolayers with controlled molecular orientation comprises the steps of: (1) preparing a dendrimer monolayer on the surface of metal, glass or silicone; (2) connecting a link molecule to the dendrimer monolayer; (3) binding a protein which binds to a Fc region of antibody to the link molecule; and (4) binding the Fc region of antibody to the protein bound to the link molecule, wherein the link molecule is selected from bis(sulfosuccinimidyl)suberate, disuccinimidyl glutarate, disuccinimidyl suberate and derivatives thereof; the protein binding to the Fc region of antibody is selected from protein A, protein G, recombinant protein A/G and genetically mutated Fc region binding protein; and the antibody is immunoglobulin G or immunoglobulin E.
