A DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT METHOD OF FINANCIAL WORLD

PURPOSE: A method for managing a document of a financial area is provided to facilitate storage, management, searching, and output of the document by issuing the index data as a barcode when various kinds of financial documents are issued, scanning the document, storing the index data in a database, and storing an image file in a storing device. CONSTITUTION: A slip issuer(11) issues a slip by recording the index data as the barcode. A slip scanner(12) generates the image file by scanning the slip and converts the index data of the barcode in the image file into a text file. An index database(13) stores the index data and a file name of the text file. The storing device(14) stores the image file generated from the slip scanner. A slip searching and outputting part(15) searches the index data of the slip from the index database by receiving the index data and outputs the slip by reading the image file of the slip from the storing device.
