PURPOSE: An end apparatus of a steel pipe casing for a cast-in-place concrete pile by using a vibro-hammer and a construction method of the cast-in-place concrete pile are provided to reduce construction period by driving the tip of the steel pipe casing gradually without deformation and breakage, and to use the steel pipe casing repeatedly by welding the end apparatus into the lower part of the steel pipe casing. CONSTITUTION: An end apparatus(12) is installed in the end of a steel pipe casing(10) to make the steel pipe casing driven into the ground easily. Plural projections(12a) are formed in the lower edge of the cylindrical steel pipe, and arranged at equal intervals. The width of each projection is within the range of 1/13 to 1/19 of the outer girth of the cylindrical pipe. The projections are curved, and grooves between the projections are formed as arcs contacted to the contours of the projections. The end apparatus is mounted around the lower circumference of the steel pipe casing with welding zigzag. The steel pipe casing is fastened to a vibro-hammer, and driven into the ground by using the vibro-hammer.
