PURPOSE: A fan coil with a variable discharge grill is provided to allow an upper casing to be rapidly separated and position of the discharge grill to be changed without replacing a casing by separating the casing into the upper casing and a lower casing. CONSTITUTION: A fan coil comprises a lower casing(1b) coupled to a frame(8); an upper casing(1a) detachably coupled to the lower casing by screws(9), and having height(t) and depth(p) equal to each other so as to allow the upper casing to be reversed and fixed to the lower casing depending on position of a discharge grill(7), and fixed to the casing by screws(12); an opening part(13) formed on the upper casing; and the discharge grill mounted to the opening part to allow air having passed a heat exchanger(2) to be discharged to the outside. Hooks(14) are formed on both sides of the frame to rotate centering on pins. Screws are fixed to screw coupling holes formed on the upper casing to allow the hooks to be fixed thereto so as to securely keep coupling between the frame and the upper casing and the lower casing.
