PURPOSE: A PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal generation circuit in a D-class amplifier, a method of generating a PWM signal, and a D-class amplifier including the same are provided to minimize the distortion of the sound and enhance signal resolution by using a delay chain to divide a clock. CONSTITUTION: A PWM signal generation circuit includes a modulation circuit(30), the first PWM signal generation circuit(31), a delay chain(32), and a selection circuit(33). The modulation circuit(30) is used for performing a sigma-delta modulation process for a digital signal of N-bit and outputting the digital signal of M-bit. The first PWM signal generation circuit(31) is used for receiving the digital signal of U-bit from the digital signal of M-bit and generating the first PWM signal. The delay chain(32) is used for receiving the first PWM signal and outputting the second PWM signals. The selection circuit(33) is used for outputting selectively one of the second PWM signals in response to the digital signal of L-bit which includes a least significant bit of M-bit data signal.
