PURPOSE: A method of supplying a reduction iron into a fusion gas fire furnace in korex process is provided to prevent the stop accident of a reduced iron discharge screw by restraining from close-packing of the carbon dust by the carbon decomposition reduction of CO gas in cooling gas, and to remove the accumulation of a changed material in a reduced furnace by preventing a bridge phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A method of supplying a reduction iron into a fusion gas fire furnace in korex process comprises : a step of installing a cooling gas supply pipe(222b) and a nitrogen supply pipe(222c) to supply cooling gas and nitrogen into a reduced iron dropping pipe(222) ; a step of blowing cooling gas containing CO in a cooling gas supply pipe(222b) in a condition of quantity of 1000-1500Nm2/hr and pressure of 3-3.5bar, and blowing nitrogen in a nitrogen supply pipe(222c) in a condition of quantity of 1000-1500Nm2/hr and pressure of 10-11.5bar ; a step of supplying a direct reduced iron into a fusion gas fire furnace.
