TRADE FORM ELECTRONIC FILING DOCUMENT AND TRADE AUTOMATION SYSTEM BY ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE

PURPOSE: A system for automatization of the trade is provided to unify various kinds of trade-format documents into standardized electronic data and to adopt the data in transactions on communication networks. CONSTITUTION: A trade automation system by an electronic data interchange system is comprised of a user support module(100), a trade intermediation module(200), and a trade business processing support module(300). The user support module(100) extracts data from a trade-format document necessary for trade business, converts the extracted data into electronic data in accordance with international standards, adds a relevant caller ID and a relevant receiver ID to the electronic data, and sends the data to a communication network(400). The trade business processing support module(300) extracts data from a trade-format document issued from a trade associated institution, converts the extracted data into electronic data in accordance with international standards, attaches an associated caller ID and an associated receiver ID to the electronic data, and sends the data to the communication network(400). The trade intermediation module(200) is connected between more than one user support module(100) and more than one trade business processing support module(300) through the communication network(400). The trade intermediation module(200) collects electronic data transmitted from more than one user support module(100), classifies the collected electronic data by receiver IDs, and transmits each data to each trade business processing support module(300) related to each receiver ID through the communication network(400).
