PURPOSE: A hard rack device of a car DVR(Digital Video Recorder) is provided to facilitate manufacture and assemblage by removing unnecessary parts and simplifying structure, and prevent performance deterioration of a hard disk by forming the hard rack to make the hard disk minimally influenced from vibration generated when a car is driven. CONSTITUTION: A rack frame(100) comprises a guide rail(11) formed to both sides of a base plate(1), fixing bolts(12) formed to the outside of the rack frame as one body, and a pair of frame back panels(13,13A). A rack main body(200) comprises a guide projection(21) matched with the rack frame and a pair of main body back panels(22,22A). A disk anti-vibration part(3) fixes the hard disk to the inside of a box part(2) and supports the hard disk to both side directions. The disk anti-vibration part comprises a projection gap(31), a fixing rib(32), and a pair of anti-vibration parts(33,33A).
