PURPOSE: An installing structure of a brake pedal assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent the brake pedal assembly from lowering by improving a concentrating portion of operating force in stepping the brake pedal and to prevent shock from transferring to a cowl cross member by improving a disconnecting function of the brake pedal assembly and a cowl panel lower mounting plate. CONSTITUTION: A rear mounting bracket(21) is connected to a pedal mounting bracket(11) protruded to the inside. A connecting bracket(23) is connected to an upper portion of the rear mounting bracket on the bottom and to a cowl panel lower mounting plate(32) on one end. A bracket assembly(40) for improving rigidity comprises articulated bodies connected to an end of the connecting bracket on one end and to fix to a dash panel(D) on the other end. Therein, the end of the connecting bracket is moved upward forcibly by the dash panel pushed to the inside in a head-on or a rear-end collision and by disconnecting the rear mounting bracket and the connecting bracket forcibly. Consequently, deformation of a cowl cross member is constricted.
