PURPOSE: Provided is a method for propagation of fragrant plantain(Hosta plantaginea) by pollinating using an air fan, planting in a plug plate and placing in a light-shielding house or a tunnel not to dry. Therefore, the method can be effectively used in mass production of fragrant plantain, in particular, mass propagation fields of rare plant such as bulbous wild plants because it can be applied to plants difficult to mass produce. CONSTITUTION: A flower stalk of Hosta plantaginea is cut long in Nov. and dried in the dark while operating an air fan at night during blossoming, and the seeds are gathered, sown in bed soil for gardening in Dec. and placed in a green house, transplanted to a 50-holed plug in May and then planted normally or on a pot of 14cm.
