PURPOSE: A coupon book, a system and a method for certifying purchase using the same, and a goods package are provided to effectively increase a buying desire of a customer by using a coupon without cooperation with a distribution network, and to offer the coupon book attached or inserted into the goods without the cooperation of the distribution network. CONSTITUTION: A purchase certification system includes a processing server(110) and a database server(120). The processing server certifies the goods purchase based on the information stored in the database server and provides a mileage to a buyer depending on a certification result. The database server includes a buyer database(121), a member shop database(122), an issuance information database(123), a mileage database(124), and a goods information database(125). The processing server includes an exchanger(111), an ARS(Automatic Response Service) processor(112), a purchase certification processor(113), a coupon certification processor(114), a mileage processor(115), a site operating part(116), an ID code registering part(117), and a settlement processor(118).
