PURPOSE: An outdoor information communication equipment having a cooling device is provided to prevent a system from corroding and erroneously operating due to salt and dust by forcibly sucking in air after filtering salt and dust, and control a cooling target temperature. CONSTITUTION: A case(100) includes an air intake port(120) and an air discharge port(140) to suck in and discharge air. A plurality of air filters(122,124) are installed at the air intake port(120) for filtering the air. A self-module(200) is installed in the case and includes a plurality of communication units generating heat at a predetermined temperature. An air duct guides a ventilation path of the air to cool the plurality of communication units. A battery box(300) is installed in the case, being shielded from the self-module, and includes an extra air inflow port(320) and an extra air outflow port(340) to circulate air. The battery box(300) provides power source to the plurality of communication units. A cooling device forcibly sucks in or discharge the air to circulate the air in the case and the battery box.
