PURPOSE: Provided is a floatable decanter for continuous flow sequencing batch reactor being easily controlled and being capable of minimizing scum overflow. CONSTITUTION: The decanter(100) comprises a tank(40) with a float, a cylinder installed at the center of the tank, a driving unit installed in the cylinder and rotating clockwise or non-clockwise in response to an electric signal, a screw combined with the driving unit and revolving clockwise or non-clockwise in response to the rotation of the driving unit, a transfer plate having a screw hole at the center thereof to be combined with the screw and receiving driving force of the screw, a transfer pipe moving up and down along with the movement of the transfer plate to be attached to and detached from the cylinder, and an inlet pipe(30) coupled to a lower end of the transfer pipe and having a plurality of holes(31) for discharging decant water while it moves down.
