PURPOSE: A vertical blind for one-way perspective is provided to smoothly rotate a blind member, to quickly fold and unfold the blind member, to cut down manufacturing cost, and to cut off light passing through a window, and infrared rays and harmful rays contained in the light by a film member attached to the blind member. CONSTITUTION: A vertical blind for one-way perspective mounted to a window frame to cut off sunlight and protect a private life is composed of a guide member(10) horizontally installed to the window frame; fixing members(20) having rollers(22) formed at both sides to slide and move to the guide member and an opening and shutting cord(21) penetrating the upper part; a rotary member(30) rotatively combined to the bottom of the fixing member; a blind member(50) of which one side is bent and extended, combined to a clip disposed to the bottom of the rotary member; a film member(60) adhered to the blind member to cut off light and formed in a double-layered structure to be capable of an one-way perspective; a first elastic member of which one side is connected to the fixing member and other side is connected to the blind member to elastically rotate the blind member; and a second elastic member for elastically connecting a plurality of fixing members mounted in the guide member.
