PURPOSE: A wall pile applied with tensile force by stages is provided to reduce bending moment generated by earth pressure and water pressure. CONSTITUTION: The wall pile applied with tensile force by stages comprises the steps of: assembling a reinforcing bar provided with a grouting groove(50) on both sides; bending a stud or a reinforcing bar in the U-shape, then welding a steel plate(30) for wall connection with the reinforcing bar on a reinforcement assembling front unit; installing a tendon and an unbonded tendon for additional compressive stress induction to the inside where a reinforcing bar is assembled; after placing and curing the concrete surface, straining the tendon primarily and anchoring, or, tensioning the tendon primarily, then placing and curing the concrete surface and releasing the tendon to apply tensile force on the concrete; and exposing the steel plate(30) for wall connection outward, and forming a grouting groove(50) to the top of a placer unit.
