PURPOSE: A method for filling exterior finishing integral insulation materials is provided to keep warm at the part of tubing in an integral manner with the exterior finishing without a separate working such as a step of winding tapes on the tubing parts for the exterior finishing. CONSTITUTION: In the case of filling insulating materials at a simple tubing part, a vinyl sheet(2) is interposed between a female mold and a male mold. The heated male mold is pressed on the vinyl sheet and then is lifted up. Liquid urethane(4) is poured onto the surface of the vinyl sheet(2) of the female mold. Another male mold is pressed onto the liquid urethane container in the female mold in the heated state to form a half molding product. The half molding products are bonded with an adhesive on the tubing part. In the case of filling the insulating material at a complex tubing part(Ta), two boxes(10,10a) are engaged with each other and the complex tubing part is interposed therebetween. The liquid urethane is poured into the bonded boxes to form the insulating materials.
