PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for separating light waste of construction waste using cyclone are provided to produce aggregate of good quality and prevent scattering of dust at the same time by sucking in light waste using strong suction force and separating the sucked in light waste again using the cyclone. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for separating light waste of construction waste using cyclone comprises an inflow duct(30) installed on an upper part of a transfer conveyor(20) for transferring construction waste so that light waste contained in waste concrete is flown in an upper part of the inflow duct; a cyclone(50) installed at one side of the transfer conveyor to a certain height to separate the light waste by strongly rotating air and light waste flown in the cyclone through the inflow duct; a blower for suction(70) connected to an upper part of the cyclone to generate strong suction force; and a light waste collector(90) installed at a lower part of the cyclone to collect light waste dropped to a lower side, wherein the inflow duct comprises rectangular shaped hood part and inflow pipe, and wherein the light waste collector comprises water tank, screen conveyor, scum conveyor and earth powder recovery conveyor.
