PURPOSE: A rolling pressing machine for sealing a radiation source assembly for Ir-102 treatment is provided to prevent the effluence of radioactivity by improving the sealing degree in coupling a capsule insert-mounted with a radiation source and a transfer cable. CONSTITUTION: A bed(20) is a body of a rolling pressing machine for sealing a radiation source assembly. A capsule fixing unit(30) fixes a capsule. A transfer cable supplying unit(40) supplies a transfer cable(5). A rolling pressing unit(50) presses an overlap portion in a case to overlap the capsule and the transfer cable(5). A rolling pressing control unit(60) controls gradually pressing power provided to the rolling pressing unit(50). The bed(20) is provided on a frame(23) provided with a plurality of wheels(21) and has a through-hole. A control shaft(63) of the rolling pressing control unit(60) passes through the through-hole.
